Discussion on the topic "Tests ans exams"

At present many schools, colleges, and universities assess their students by means of end-of-year written examinations. These can be very stressful and many students fare worse in exams than in other forms of assessment. On the other hand, perhaps it is good training for later life when success depends on being able to deal with stress and perform well on big occasions. 

Place: Mayakovskogo str. 8

Time: 7 p.m - 9 p.m.

Participation fee: 200 rub (includes some drinks and snacks)

5th September (Sunday) - meeting of English Communication Club

Traditional summer outdoors "walking and talking" meetings. At 7 pm we meet upstairs by the escalator of the metro station "Krestovsky
island" and go for a "walk and talk". If the weather is not for being outdoors we will go to some cafe there.

Meeting place: metro station "Krestovsky island" at 7 pm
Participation fee is 50 rub
No registration is needed
